Priserna är per vecka och i €. En deposition på 50% skall betalas inom några dagar från bokningstillfället. Resten betalas efter instruktioner från oss.

Sänglinne och handdukar (även poolhanddukar) ingår. Slutstädning och tvätt kostar 100€ per bokning.

Bytesdag är normalt sett lördagar med tillträde till huset kl 15.00 på ankomstdagen. På avresedagen måste vi be dig lämna huset kl 10.00. Om huset inte är uthyrt veckan före och/eller efter, kan vi vara mer flexibla.

Ingen rökning i huset och tyvärr – inga husdjur …

En liten väg på ”vår” parkeringsplats i olika nivåer (en f d apelsinlund) tar dig upp nästan till samma nivå som vårt hus. Här kan du också parkera din bil gratis under hela vistelsen, observera endast på de 2 översta nivåerna. Promenaden härifrån till huset tar ca 3-5 minuter. Packa gärna i mjuka bagar eller i väskor med hjul, det gör vandringen uppåt mycket enklare och behagligare. Vänligen notera att husets läge gör det mindre lämpligt för dig som har problem att gå.

Prices are for the property per week in €. A booking deposit of 50% is payable on reservation. The remainder is payable after further instructions from us.

Bedlinen and towels (also pool towels) are provided. Cleaning and laundry will be charged with 100 € per booking.

Changeover day is Saturday with access to the house at 15.00 on arrival day. On departure day we must ask you to leave the house at 10.00. If the house is not let the week before and/or after, a certain flexibility is possible.

This is a non smoking house and sorry – no pets …

A small road on a parking place in different levels (a former orange grove …) takes you up, almost to the height of our house. Here you can also park your car free of charge during your stay, please observe that this applies only on the 2 top levels. The walk from here to the house takes 3-5 minutes. Pack your things in soft bags or wheely trolleys; this makes the walk up to the house more comfortable. Please note that the situation of the house makes it less suitable for people with walking problems.
